CAUTION: Long Post Ahead


I just made a friendster blog cos I don't know how to play around and make this blog all prettyful and stuff. And I don't have to announce I have a blog. If they spot it on friendster they'll be directed here. yay!

So after a year off from school and society's version of reality, having a blast living in what should be everyone's version of reality, I finally decided I should go back to school. Honestly didn't know what to study but decided to go ahead with Psychology since I've always been interested in it and since it's so different from Mass Comm.

Sought advice from IDP. Told them I know nothing about choosing Unis, wanted to study Psychology and was told that I shouldn't stop just at a bachelors but go on to honours n stuff. Was told that La Trobe, among other Unis had a good psych course but was told that I should study Psych as an Arts subject so that it'd be easier to go onto honours since I already have a dip in MCM.

When I saw that only the Bendigo campus had film, lit & art, I was like... ok fine...at least I'll enjoy myself. So here I was thinking YAY! I'm gonna be studying film, lit, art and Psych! How fantastic is that combi?

Then I got here

Film,lit&art is ONE subject. I have to take OTHER subjects. Psych as an elective under Arts is NOT acredited.

And I found that out only on Electives enrolment day. WHEEEEE

After settling in this friggin dust town... I find out that my whole reason for settling here has gone up in smoke.

And I'd just gotten used to the place... made some friends... etc

I wouldve just gone straight to Monash or Bond (oh... the sunshine and the coast...*daydreams*)if I had known better.

ARGH

I've been thinking about relocating though...but urgh... getting used to another place... and breaking into already-formed cliques

And WHICH PLACE?!

hahahah oh the irony

Oh and today, I just appreciated having learnt chem in sec sch. Cos I understood what was goin on in lecture today. *beams*

Any ideas/suggestions/advice people?
