On another note, Aussie service provider personnels are sucky! Augh the whole mobile service is crappy. Friggin exorbitant. It's like... hmmm, should I go with the friggin expensive? Or the even more friggin expensive? Oh wait, maybe I'll just go with the friggin expensive plan! *beams*

And the people on the phone... OMG, outsourced to India. Don't get me wrong, I don't have a problem with Indians but they don't even understand my question! Geez!!!

Mmm, backing up a bit, when you get an Optus prepaid, there's this plan that you can get 300 free minutes to ANY Optus number AND you get this thing called Mytime, which is where you nominate like 5 numbers and you get 100 free minutes to call these guys with. Cept you only can do it at about 5 minute stretches I think.

So I asked the lady what would happen when I use up the whole 100 minutes? Would it carry over to the 300 free minutes I have? And she totally couldn't understand me! And I rephrased it so many times and all she kept telling me was that I could check my balance of free minutes by calling a certain number and that if I exceed my minutes I will get charged.

Yes we all know that I will get charged when my free minutes are exceeded and to call whatever bloody number. But will the damn 5 free numbers people get carried over to the 300 minutes?! Cos there are 2 sets of free minutes! Bleh

Am I the stupid one here? Am I spending too many braincells on neuroscience that I'm somehow the one not having enough to understand other things?

And if you wanna transfer a number from 1 service provider to another and the account doesn't belong to you, they're gonna wanna record the voice of the person it belongs to. No, they won't wanna speak to you. So now they think my brother has an Aussie accent. HAHAHA
