. Note to Self .

When cooking anything stewy/soupy don't be in a rush to add water/milk.
Bit by bit. Wait and see.

Tonight's dinner menu
Curry-like thingo
with
lamb & leek sausage
and
toasted bread

Made of
Masala powder mix
Minced pork
Capsicum
Tomatoes
Garlic
Onion
&
Too much milk
Add salt to taste

Took forever to cook cos I had to boil down the milk but bloody nice.
Next time, add potatoes and peas.

Now I have a big pot of it cos I couldn't be bothered to wait to boil down more milk. There's so much it's probably enough to feed our family of 5.
And I have no idea how I'm gonna put it all away.
*faints*

At least it was nice =)

And now to make a nice mug of masala chai tea :D
